In Seoul, a Korean girl is passing the french oral exam DELF, but the examiner’s questions lead her to speak about her difficult family story. Her low level of french gets worse with the stress, and unconsciously, she starts to express herself with gestures, in front of a puzzled examiner. 진이라는 여학생이 프랑스어 말하기 시험 ‘델프’에서 시험관에게 자기 아버지에 대한 개인적인 이야기를 하게 된다. 진은 프랑스어 능력이 부족한데다 긴장한 탓에 ‘이가 없으면 잇몸으로’라는 한국 속담처럼 무의식적으로 언어대신 몸짓으로 조금씩 표현하기 시작한다.

Jin, girl rock drummer, plays with her friend Suhye in a bar of Hongdae, the artist neighborhood of Seoul. A K-pop producer sees them but focuses on Suhye, like a future star that he could shape with his financial power. This drives Jin angry, and when a drummer is angry, she may hit hard. 듀오 록 그룹의 드러머인 진은 싱어이자 베이시스트인 수혜와 함께 홍대의 ‘스트랜지 프룻’ 바에서 공연한다. 우연히 그곳에 들른 K-pop 프로듀서가 수혜를 미래의 스타로 키울 생각으로 돈을 무기로 접근하고, 그렇지 않아도 돈 때문에 골머리를 앓던 진은 성질을 부린다. 성난 드러머가 할 수 있는 일은 드럼을 “세게” 치는 것 뿐이다.
